Infants (Birth-2):
At CNLT, we believe that our nursery and toddler ministry is the first place that children and their families come to experience the power of God in our lives. We provide an environment that is not only age appropriate, warm and friendly but also one that reflects the love and grace we all receive from our Creator.
Our Nursery, which has recently been remodeled to create the perfect space for our youngest members, is available for infants through age two and is open on 1st thru 3rd Sunday mornings from 10:15am - 12:30pm. Our staff strives to incorporate three basic skills during your childs stay in our nursery: motor, social and listening skills. The nursery is under the direction of our two professional child care providers, Mrs. Sylvia Williams (Registered Nurse) and Mrs. Pamela Johnson (Health Care Professional). Both Sylvia and Pam have a love of children and are committed to their safety and well being. Our church is committed to a comprehensive child protection policy and strictly adheres to a two adult rule at all times. What's more, our nursery is also staffed each Sunday by two volunteers who have been trained in CNLT's Children Safety program that helps ensure excellent care of all children in CNLT's care.
Toddler/PreSchool (Ages 3-5):
Our Toddler/PreSchool is also open on 1st thru 3rd Sunday mornings from 10:15am - 12:30pm. Children who are potty-trained join are welcome to be a part of the Toddler/PreSchool Ministry. In a caring and loving environment, staff demonstrate our love and God's love, and model what a relationship with God is like as we work with your children. We keep learning exciting by using different media such as simple Bible videos, books and music. Bible stories are suited to their level of understanding as we relate these stories to their lives. We spice things up by adding activitites, games and snackS. We use variety to increase their enjoyment and keep their interest high.
