Senior Pastor Mark Kelly is a servant leader with a heart for people, community, and purposeful leadership. Raised in the South after being born in New Haven, Connecticut, Pastor Kelly brings together faith, compassion, and lived experience to connect with people from all walks of life. His journey reflects a lifelong commitment to growth, service, and uplifting others both inside and beyond the church walls. 

Before entering full‑time ministry, Pastor Kelly built a successful career in engineering and executive leadership, serving in senior roles across global organizations. That experience shaped his passion for helping individuals, churches, and nonprofits grow with clarity, integrity, and excellence. In recent years, he also embraced entrepreneurship, launching a local business in Tallahassee with a strong focus on service and community impact. 

Pastor Kelly’s ministry spans decades of hands‑on service, leadership development, and pastoral care. He is the founder of “Higher-Level Leadership”, a ministry dedicated to strengthening leaders within churches and nonprofit organizations. Today, he serves as an Elder and Assistant Pastor at Celebrate New Life Tabernacle in Tallahassee, Florida, where he and his wife remain actively engaged in serving families, developing leaders, and building stronger communities through faith and action
